The Buteo will be awarded in December to the mystery or suspense author whose novel we've reviewed and found to be the most masterful in its use of tropes discussed by Buzzard Bone buteos. That means the writing must be solid and the style positively addicting.
Award recipients will receive, in addition to The Buteo, a Buzzard 4 Hire review of their complete novel.
We've yet to choose The Buteo's design, but be assured it will be delectable. As soon as we do, we'll post a picture right here.
